1. You choose your dedicated day: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. And 1x a week, I hold your entire business in my head for a day. I get into the weeds of your actual offers, emails, and pages, figure out what's actually getting in the way of sales, and then work through it with you until you know exactly what to fix and how to fix it.
2. I use Telegram so we can go deeper than text, so we can go deeper than a comment or email thread. You walk me through context, I walk you through strategy.
Before session one, there is always a 1:1 audit to recommend changes to your positioning, emails, or pages. This sets the baseline for everything that follows.
It's how I catch the things you can't see from the inside. Baked into your first month at no extra cost.
3. Every week after that, I review your previous homework first, then your new submission, then anything you've sent in Telegram. We go back and forth until the direction is clear.

A shared Google doc with the full strategic direction, what we decided and why, and your exact homework: not "think about your messaging" but the specific thing topic, angle to build, rewrite, or test before we meet again

And the following week, someone who already knows exactly where you left off
Calls are great for connection. They're not always great for strategy. When you're nodding along, trying to keep up, you're not actually thinking, and half of what you needed to say didn't even come up.
And if you're someone who gives context better out loud? You can still do that, just drop a Loom video or a voice note on Telegram before your strategy day. I'll have everything I need without it costing you another hour on a live call.

Most one-off strategy sessions give you a couple of ideas and send you off alone. This gives you ongoing strategic thinking, plus real back-and-forth as you implement, right up to pressing publish. Not just basic email support.
